Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Atlantas platform ("Service") operated by Persoft Systems ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Atlantas is a managed Atlantis platform providing infrastructure-as-code automation, AI agent orchestration, evaluation pipelines, and related developer tools. The Service includes web applications, APIs, AI agents (Drifter, Janitor, Upgrader), and supporting infrastructure.
3. Accounts and Tenants
You must create an account to use the Service. Each account belongs to a tenant — an isolated workspace with its own users, instances, environments, and data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. AI Agents
The Service includes AI agents that autonomously detect infrastructure drift, identify orphaned resources, and propose version upgrades. Agents operate under scoped permissions configured by your administrators. Agents submit proposals (pull requests) for human review — they never apply changes without explicit human or policy approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent proposals before they modify your infrastructure.
5. Evaluation Pipeline
The Service includes an evaluation pipeline that runs policy checks (OPA), cost estimation (Infracost), and security scanning (tfsec) on infrastructure plans. Evaluation results are advisory — hard blocks prevent approval, but the accuracy of findings depends on your policy configuration. You are responsible for configuring appropriate policies for your environments.
6. Data and Security
Your data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security and encrypted using per-tenant key derivation. Terraform state files, cloud credentials, and SSO secrets are encrypted at rest. We do not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
7. Cloud Credentials
You may provide cloud provider credentials (AWS, GCP, Azure) to enable Terraform operations. Credentials are encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys and are never exposed in API responses. You are responsible for granting only the minimum permissions required. We recommend using IAM role assumption or OIDC federation instead of static credentials where possible.
8. Service Tiers and Quotas
The Service is offered in multiple tiers (Starter, Team, Enterprise) with different instance, environment, run, and agent execution quotas. Exceeding your quota will result in HTTP 429 responses until the next billing period. We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing with 30 days notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Persoft Systems is not liable for any infrastructure changes made through the platform, including changes proposed by AI agents and approved by your team. You are responsible for reviewing all changes before they are applied to your cloud infrastructure.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk to the platform.
